Inclusivity and diversity in clinical supervision

Reflecting on our own biases and adopting an anti-oppressive approach

By Julie Gosselin
Training module 1 h 30

Competent supervision and clinical consultation require cultural and diversity skills. This workshop provides an overview of concepts related to the development of reflective practice among supervisors and consultants, enabling them to develop self-awareness, recognize contextual, identity and cultural issues that may impact on clinical work, and better integrate these aspects of practice into their supervision and consultation encounters.

To better integrate the content from this workshop, you are invited to join our next discussion group associated with Workshop #4 in the Competency-Based Clinical Supervision series. See our calendar of upcoming events for the next available dates!

If you intend to complete several ProPsychNet training workshops, please note that it is much more advantageous to purchase the annual REGULAR subscription, with which you can complete ALL available workshops for a single annual fee of $550 plus taxes.

REMINDER: If you have a regular membership this workshop is included and already is accessible in MY ACTIVITIES.
