Applying the compassion fatigue prevention model and establishing a collegial mentoring relationship with our supervisees
By Marie-Pier Vandette
This workshop focuses on models of clinical supervision and consultation practice that are most appropriate for integrating the mentoring function into professional supervision and consultation practice. This workshop also introduces models for preventing compassion fatigue and concepts from the self-compassion model of practice to better support supervisors and consultants in collegial support of those who consult them.
To better integrate the content from this workshop, you are invited to join our next discussion group associated with Workshop #7 in the Competency-Based Clinical Supervision series. See our calendar of upcoming events for the next available dates!
