Training module 2 h

To ensure that clinical supervision complies with the guidelines of the provincial standards of the respective professional associations, this clinical activity must include various documents to establish a good relationship with the supervisee and to organize the supervision process. Since, at the start of supervision, the establishment of a supervision contract including SMART objectives to be achieved during supervision, as well as the presentation of the supervisor's professional statement, are essential, these documents will be presented and discussed. Considering also that the evaluation of the supervisee's skills is an integral part of clinical supervision, the differences between formative and summative evaluation will be presented, making this activity more effective and having a more direct effect in optimizing the facilitation of the supervisee's professional and personal growth.
